Cancellations / Rescheduling / No Show / Late arrivals
We ask when making an appointment that you do your best to keep your appointment and try to be on time. If you are going to cancel or reschedule, please try to do so at least 4 hours before your appointment. You can do so online, by calling or leaving a message.
If you know you are going to be late (more than 5 minutes) just let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late, and haven't reached out to let us know, then your appointment will be marked as a no show. We are understanding of situations that arise, but it is up to the barber if they will charge you for that service (especially if it happens multiple times, no shows or cancelling/rescheduling in under the 4-hour window).
